Shahs of Sunset alum Mercedes "MJ" Javid's estranged husband, Tommy Feight, asked a judge to shut down her demand for primary custody of their 6-year-old son, Shams, Us Weekly can exclusively report. Feight, 53, filed court docs in response to the divorce petition filed by Javid, also 53, on Tuesday, November 18. Javid, who filed her petition on October 17, cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the breakup. She asked that neither party be awarded spousal support. Javid also requested that she be granted primary physical and legal custody, with Feight being allowed visitation.
