You know, the one where a doll named Eve comes to life? The movie originally debuted in 2000, and I can honestly say I haven't watched it since I was a kid. Now that I'm older, I decided to rewatch it as an adult, and here are all the thoughts I had: Disney+ 1. The opening sequence instantly brings me back to playing with Barbies as a little girl.2. Of course, the sun always shines in Sunnyvale. 3. Why is the guy doll giving Prince Eric vibes from The Little Mermaid? Disney+ 4. It's baby Lindsay Lohan! And she's on the football team? Go girl!5. Ben missing his daughter's football game = womp, womp...6. Look at that retro computer, talk about a throwback!7. A website for mysticism and spells? It's giving Hocus Pocus vibes. Disney+ 8. Past Pages as a bookstore name is so clever.17. Casey now has Holcroft's Book of the Dead. What could go wrong? Disney+ 18. It's not an '00s birthday without a camcorder moment. 19. When Casey wishes her mom could come back. 🥹20. Ben just randomly pulls out old Super Bowl tickets??? Like, what?!21. Drew couldn't have been more off when she gifted Casey the Eve doll. Gift receipt, anyone? Disney+ 22. Now, Casey's setting up for the ritual to bring her mom back from the dead. Let's see how this goes...23. Casey intends to use her mom's hairbrush in the ritual, and of course, she gets interrupted by Drew (again).24. Oh no! That hairbrush now has Eve's hair in the mix. I can already see where this is going...25. Here we go for round two as the match is lit. What will happen next? Disney+ 26. Casey is now saying the spell, and the book is starting to sparkle. Is it working?27. It's the next morning, and the spell DID work! But not for Casey's mom...28. Eve is alive! And Tyra Banks looks fierce. 29. But if I had been in Casey's shoes, I would have run FAST out of that room! Disney+ 30. Eve discovering everything for the first time is so wholesome.31. Clothes, accessory sets, and a fashion trunk? Goals. Except Eve doesn't have any of this here.32. The hunt begins for volume two, so Casey can reverse the spell. Again, what could go wrong?33. Eve and Casey have no luck in their search for volume two, because that would be too easy. Disney+ 34. Eve stopping that truck from running over Casey? Pure confidence, although it could have gone very, very wrong.35. Is this Ben and Eve's meet-cute? 36. So much for Casey's nightmare not actually being a nightmare. 37. This mall scene is *so* nostalgic. Malls are NOT what they used to be. Disney+ 38. Eve is having her America's Next Top Model moment with this fashion show sequence. Cue that smize!39. That scene when Eve eats cubes of butter? Comedic gold. Disney+ 40. Eve got a new wardrobe and a new job all in a day? She's on a roll.41. Eve's first day in the office is as chaotic as it is chic.42. Of course, Eve can't resist giving someone an impromptu makeover. It's just who she is. Disney+ 43. Mr. and Mrs. Boring, what did they do to earn those titles?44. Ben and Eve are having a moment on this dancefloor, but Richie swoops in at the last minute.45. Eve busting out into song with "Be a Star" comes as no surprise. After all, she does literally everything! 46. Plus, this track is definitely going to be stuck in my head. Disney+ 47. Another moment between Eve and Ben, the tension is building!48. It's understandable why Casey is crying; this girl has been through A LOT.49. Casey can't resist using "weiner head" during practice, and I'm here for it. Girls can play football, too! Disney+ 50. Drew not picking up the fact that Eve is actually a doll is wild because she was the one who bought her in the first place.51. Casey and Eve's relationship is actually pretty sweet. 52. Casey's mom was onto something with these words of wisdom: "It's not about being the best, it's
