Jennifer Aniston knows a timeless dress when she sees one. Aniston, 56, posed on the red carpet at Elle's 2025 Women in Hollywood Celebration in Los Angeles on Monday, November 17. For the event, she wore a black Ralph Lauren dress featuring an all-over crystal design, a delicate halter neck and a fitted silhouette. The actress styled the number with delicate jewelry, including stacked rings and a dainty silver bracelet. Aniston donned a full beat for the event, including dewy skin, manicured brows and rosy cheeks. She elevated her glam with long lashes and pink, lined lips. Her blonde, highlighted hair was parted to the side and styled in a straight blowout. The Friends alum previously wore the exact same style of dress back in 2004 while attending the Troy premiere during the Cannes Film Festival in France with her then-husband Brad Pitt. At the time, she stunned in a white Versace look complete with silver beading forming diamonds over her body. Just like her Ralph Lauren dress, the look was complete with the same halter straps and a floor-length fitted skirt. While walking the red carpet, Aniston held hands with Pitt, 61, who looked classy in a black-and-white tuxedo. Aniston and Pitt met in 1998 after being set up by their agents. They split in 2019 and after a messy divorce and finalized their split in 2024.
