Robert Irwin is spilling the secret to how he's keeping his body in great shape during the grueling Dancing with the Stars process! Perezcious readers know the 21-year-old fan-favorite has been killing it in the ballroom with his partner Witney Carson since Season 34 began in September. However, 10 weeks of nonstop dancing really takes a toll on a person, especially physically. Robert, thankfully, has a self-care routine to keep his "body in line." He told People during the Los Angeles premiere of Zootopia 2 on Thursday: "I am being held together by, like, tape, and my foot's all bandaged up. I've been doing all of the cryotherapy and the saunas and the Epsom salt baths, and, like, everything I can possibly do to try and keep my body in line." He continued: "Because, woo, it's starting to break down a little bit, but I wouldn't change it for the world. You know, the fact that you get to give yourself 100% to this process to pour everything into it, it is just such a privilege. I'm kind of becoming a dancer. Like, it's a crazy, crazy thing to do in three months." Keep pushing through, Robert! Hopefully, all his prep, both on and off the dance floor, will help him make it to the very end! Reactions?
