PVR INOX has announced the re-release of this timeless gem on August 29, 2025, for a limited one-week theatrical run. Directed by the late Pradeep Sarkar and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Parineeta was adapted from Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay's 1914 Bengali novel and first released in 2005.
