Mariah Carey isn't worried about aging. Carey, 56, opened up to Harper's Bazaar UK about her youthful energy and appearance on Monday, July 28. "I don't allow it - it just doesn't happen," she told the publication. "I don't know time," Carey added. "I don't know numbers. I do not acknowledge time." The singer added that she's even coming out with a new track that preaches the same mantra on her upcoming album, Here For It All, which is set to release on September 26. "I have a new song that starts with that line," she exclaimed. "It's part of my job," she explained, noting that she loves to embody the diva persona. "What's the point of a disguise? Just get up, get dressed, go out." Instead of counting years, Carey celebrates life. "I have anniversaries, not birthdays," she said, per Vogue, in 2015. "I think I have to remain eternally oblivious to age. "So, my goal is to wear the least amount of makeup possible so I don't have to steam my face and take it all off."
