New York Jets cornerback Kris Boyd is reportedly in critical condition after he was shot in Manhattan early in the morning on Sunday, November 16. According to the New York Post, Boyd was shot on West 38th Street near 7th Avenue around 2 a.m. Law enforcement told the New York Post that Boyd, 29, was shot in the abdomen outside Sei Less restaurant after a dispute turned violent. The gunman fired two shots. A Jets spokesman issued a statement to ESPN reporter Rich Cimini after the shooting.
