More than 15 years after the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars' longstanding feud took the Garden State franchise by storm, Melissa revealed where she and her sister-in-law now stand. "We've been moving forward," she told E! News' Erin Lim Rhodes in an exclusive interview Nov. 14 at BravoCon 2025 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. "We've been having conversations. We've been really trying to just put our best foot forward, I would say. Everyone realizes that this can't go on forever." Melissa-who shares daughter Antonia, 20, and sons Gino, 18, and Joey Jr., 15, with husband Joe Gorga-noted that she and Teresa are also looking at the impact their relationship had on their kids. "It's been three years of the kids not really having contact with each other," the 46-year-old explained. "What kind of example are we to our children? "I, God forbid, don't want my children to see that there's a world where you don't speak to your brother," she emphasized. "You have to lead by example, so I'm always down to work it out and try to fix it as long as it's real and authentic." And it turns out, she and Teresa, 53, decided to make amends behind closed doors. "We did this with no cameras," Melissa added. "It is real. We're not doing it for anyone or anything. We're doing it for our souls because it's a lot. It's a lot to bear."
