Season 3 of The Valley is going to look and feel different without Jax Taylor. While attending BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas on Friday, November 14, original cast members Janet Caperna and Jason Caperna teased a different kind of vibe after the show's return. "Peaceful and calm, and Brittany [Cartwright] got to just be herself and not have him bothering her all the time," Janet exclusively told Us Weekly. "It was, honestly, nice. I wish him well. I hope he gets the help he needs, but it was nice to just have a little bit of calm." Jason - who was sporting crutches on the red carpet after suffering a basketball injury - added, "Jax is a big personality, and pretty volatile. So removing him, I think, maybe let other people get some more shine, and maybe America gets to know more people." 'The Valley' Producer Teases Scheana's Future on the Show After Jax's Exit In July, Us exclusively confirmed that Jax - who shares Cruz, 4, with his ex-wife, Brittany -- planned to take a step back from the Bravo spotlight. "Right now, my focus needs to be on my sobriety, my mental health and coparenting," he said in a statement at the time, announcing his exit from the series. "Taking this time is necessary for me to become the best version of myself - especially for our son, Cruz." Jax's departure from the show doesn't mean the upcoming season will be drama-free. Trae Patton/Bravo "I'm not looking to make headway with them," Janet said. "I think we just have different values and morals." Jason continued, "I think you'll have to watch season 3 to find out." During BravoCon weekend, The Valley cast came together for a panel hosted by podcast host Danny Pellegrino. During the chat, the cast confirmed Vanderpump Rules alums Lala Kent and Tom Schwartz will be joining the fun. "I like having Schwartz and Lala around," Jason said. "They're two of our closest friends. If you could ever get two of your closest friends to work with you, you take that opportunity." One familiar face from SUR who won't be part of season 3 is Scheana Shay. According to Janet, her longtime friend felt it wasn't the best time to commit to another full season of reality TV. "I think she just made the choice. It wasn't the right time, the right thing for her," she claimed. "And you know, she is one of my best friends. I'll still see her around. ... Scheana's busy. She's gonna stay busy. She never has a calm, like, chill moment. She's always working and doing the most, so I think we're going to see her again soon." Season 3 of The Valley is expected to also include Luke Broderick, Kristen Doute, Jasmine Goode, Jesse Lally, Michelle Saniei and Zack Wickham.
