Justin Baldoni claims he has the receipt to prove Blake Lively improvised an unscripted kiss while working on It Ends With Us! As we previously reported, when the actress filed her sexual harassment lawsuit against Justin, she claimed she gave a list of demands to him and producer Jamey Heath in a meeting before resuming production after the Hollywood strikes ended - which included "no more improvising of kissing." However, Justin fired back in his since-dismissed $400 million countersuit against Blake and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, that she went off script and kiss him! The suit stated: "Moreover, it was Lively who engaged in unchoreographed kissing scenes. One scene, again captured on camera, exhibits Lively pulling Baldoni in to kiss her. It is clear Lively was initiating unchoreographed kissing: In one take, she pulled Baldoni in and kissed him once; in another twice, and the number of kisses, entirely initiated by Lively, changed at her whim." Now he is providing what he calls proof to back up the previous claims! On Thursday, the 41-year-old actor submitted a minute-long video of an IEWU deleted scene as an exhibit in the Wayfarer parties' motion to throw out her lawsuit before they head to trial in March. In it, Blake and Justin are filming a hospital scene, in which her character, Lily, walks down the hallway, kisses his character, Ryle, and hands him a book before saying she loves him. But according to Justin, that smooch was not in the script. His attorneys claimed in the filing that the Gossip Girl alum "oversaw" the scene, which was filmed on May 19, 2023, and that "she herself added to the script, in which her character kissed Baldoni's character in every take, although there was no kiss in the script." Justin's legal team argues the new video shows Blake did unscripted kisses BEFORE that meeting. At this time, the judge hasn't made a decision on the new motion from Justin. Blake and Ryan also haven't reacted to the video yet - or any of the other evidence that has come out this week.
