Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott agreed neither party would pay support and they would work together to handle their massive $1.7 million tax debt, Us Weekly can report. Us obtained the divorce settlement filed by Spelling, 52, and McDermott, 58, on November 3. The exes agreed the date of separation is June 17, 2023. Per the deal, Spelling will keep all bank accounts in her name, her entertainment companies and all furniture in her possession. The actress also gets to keep a 2016 Chevrolet Suburban, which is currently in McDermott's name.
