Charles, 77, felt "bewilderment" toward Meghan, 44, when she and Prince Harry took a trip to the Castle of Mey in Scotland in 2018 with the rest of the royal family. Charles "never really understood her or what she wanted," Bower alleged in his book. Camilla, meanwhile, was always "apprehensive about Harry's future," the book claimed.
