Mat Hayward / Getty Images In the video, Bobbi explained how she initially went to the dentist for help with long-standing jaw pain. "My jaw has just always hurt," she explained. "So I, like, look up on Google a good TMJ specialist, and I'm like, let me just go and get my jaw looked at by a specialist." Chelsea Guglielmino / Getty Images When she arrived, she said the dentist told her she had a "muscle problem" and recommended Botox in her jaw to treat it. Mireya Acierto / Getty Images But Bobbi wasn't interested - as she had a "bad experience" with Botox in 2023, when she got 20 units injected into her chin and was left unable to smile. "[Getting Botox in my jaw is] never something that's crossed my mind to do because I don't want to slim that part of my face because I already don't have a crazy jawline," she shared. Mark Von Holden / Getty Images However, Bobbi claimed the dentist insisted. "He was like, 'No this will really help.' ... He's like, We're gonna do 100 units,' has me sign a waiver, and when he said 100 units, I was like, 'That feels like a lot.' ... But he was like, 'No, no, no. You really won't even notice it. It's just gonna make your jaw feel better.'" She added that he tried to reassure her by saying he'd done the same treatment on himself and others. Like $1500 later, he has injected into each temple - which I still don't understand why my temples needed 25 units of it," Bobbi said before showing how the treatment made her eyes look "frozen." @bobbialthoff / Via tiktok.com "And the worst fucking part is like - I haven't showed you guys this yet - but like, I can't smile." @bobbialthoff / Via tiktok.com Afraid of being mocked, she covered her mouth as she tried - unsuccessfully - to smile. "Something's wrong," she shared as her face barely creased. "I don't know what it is. Something's not moving right." @bobbialthoff / Via tiktok.com Bobbi then removed her hand to reveal her constricted smile, saying, "My face is frozen!" @bobbialthoff / Via tiktok.com She also revealed that it "hurts" to talk and eat, but when she reached out to her dentist, she said he offered little help and told her she would just have to "wait for the Botox to wear off," which could "probably take three months." Taylor Hill / Getty Images She said he also told her the full effects would set in in 10 days, but Bobbi was still having issues, including a lisp because her mouth "isn't opening" and "the worst migraines" because "all of the other muscles are having to work so hard."
