[Warning: Potentially Triggering Content] Three people are facing multiple felony charges with a fourth likely to be charged soon in one of the most horrific child neglect cases we have EVER heard about. According to multiple media reports coming out of Wisconsin, cops have discovered a severely neglected 14-year-old girl in the care of multiple adults in Oneida, Wisconsin. At the time of her discovery, she reportedly weighed just 35 pounds and was described by cops who spoke to local media outlets as being "very, very close to death." Now, per WLUK News and others, the girl's father Walter S. Goodman (above, top left), her adult step-sister Savanna LeFever (above, bottom right), and LeFever's partner Kayla Stemler (above, top right) have all been arrested and charged with chronic child neglect resulting in great bodily harm and emotional damage. And not only that, but Oneida Police Chief Eric Boulanger told the media on Wednesday that Walter's wife Melissa Goodman (above, bottom center) is also in custody and expected to be charged soon. (Melissa is not the teen's biological mother, FYI.) Related: Influencer Found Dead In Hotel - Rapper Arrested Amid Investigation Into Her Murder! The investigation into this ordeal began back on the night of August 21, when Walter called 911 and claimed that his daughter, who is reportedly autistic, was "comatose." Police reports cited by local media outlets claim he told the dispatcher that she had not eaten "in the last four, five days." And not only that, but she was severely underweight because "she just don't eat," and her legs "look horrible" due to what he claimed was self-harm. He even reportedly said this to the police dispatcher, per his arrest affidavit obtained by WLUK News: "She's just laying there with her eyes open all creepy." WTF. First responders showed up and noticed the victim was severely malnourished. Her hips, cheek bones, rib cage, and collar bones were all highly prominent, per the affidavit. It was SO bad that they estimated her age to be between 6 and 8 years old... even though she was 14. She got airlifted to Children's Hospital in Milwaukee, where doctors began worrying that she could suffer catastrophic organ failure at any point. When cops questioned Walter, he said the girl had been sick for the last six days, but he hadn't sought medical attention because he just assumed her condition was "normal kid stuff," as he put it. He said the girl's mother was diabetic, too, and even though the victim had never been tested for the disease, he assumed her blood sugar might have been low. So, this is how he told cops that he remedied the issue, per the affidavit: "So I gave her a little bit of Wild Cherry Pepsi." Uhhh... Police started to dig deeper into Walter's account. For one, they discovered he had installed a camera inside the girl's bedroom to track what he called her "self-harm." He also placed an alarm on her door, and claimed she would "stay awake for 1 to 3 weeks at a time." But others painted a different story. A friend of Walter came forward and spoke to the cops about a separate incident where the victim came out of her room and allegedly spoke to him. In that instance, the friend claimed Walter made several awful comments about that to the friend, including: "If she misbehaves, I'm not going to feed her today." And then: "I keep her locked up in her bedroom with a camera on her, and that's where she stays." The friend claimed Walter also went on another tirade about the girl at a different time. During that convo, Walter allegedly said: "If I could leave her somewhere in the woods, I'd leave her." And the friend even claimed that Walter once said this directly to the girl herself: "I wish I could kill you." WHAT?! The victim had no medical records for the past five years, either - which coincided with the time she began living at Walter's house. Plus, cops talked to the girl's former third-grade teacher who completely contradicted Walter's stance, too. She recalled the girl as having been a normal student who was "friendly and talkative," per the affidavit. Per the criminal complaint, the girl attended a year of virtual school after COVID, but then she was reported as being homeschooled from then on. In Wisconsin, according to WLUK, the state only requires that homeschoolers be registered with officials, and there is NO requirement that they be monitored or checked on in any way after that. As for where the other adults come into play, cops say LeFever and Stemler would look after the victim when Walter and his wife were out of town taking another child in their care to receive cancer treatments. Oof. Cops say LeFever and Stemler both allegedly abused and neglected the victim during those times, too. During a court hearing on Tuesday, Outagamie County Assistant District Attorney Julie DuQuaine called it "the most egregious case of child neglect I t
