OMG, Directioners! It finally happened! A decade after leaving One Direction, Zayn Malik has "rejoined" the band - but not in the way you may hope! According to The US Sun on Wednesday, the 32-year-old singer returned to the group's company, PPM Music Limited, as a director. He quit the role on June 20, 2016, months after stepping away from the band to focus on his solo career. However, new documents listed with Companies House reveal he is back again. Zayn is now listed as an "Active Director" alongside bandmates Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, and Niall Horan. The US Sun reported that they all have the same address listed, which is a music and media law firm called Lee and Thompson LLP in central London. Filings also show Zayn changed his country of residence to the United States in documents filed on Wednesday. There is, unfortunately, no word on any comeback music or shows from the group at this time. This is most likely just to do with brand ownership and finances. However, this is massive nonetheless. It's another example of how the four guys have grown closer following the tragic death of Liam Payne. As a music source put it: "This is a huge moment. While heartbreaking, Liam's passing has brought them together, it's even more sad he was the biggest cheerleader of a reunion. PPM was the original company they set up when they appeared on the show. The name stands for Princess Park Manor, the private gated complex they were moved into when they won the show [they came in third place on The X Factor in 2010]. Since Liam's passing the boys have been in contact." Between this and Louis and Zayn working together on a TV show, it feels like we're getting closer and closer to a One Direction reunion.
