Lyricist Kaushal Kishore is receiving a lot of love for his songs in the film, Haq. Starring Emraan Hashmi, Yami Gautam and Vartika Singh, the film is set in the '70s and explores a divorced woman's fight for her rights and dignity. While creating the soundscape, Kaushal, along with composer Vishal Mishra had to be considerate of the era the film was set in and the emotions they wanted to capture. Talking about the same, the lyricist tells Filmfare, "Vishal is like a brother and we have been working together for 12-13 years. We did a lot of songs together and people loved them.
