The show will take its characters to New Vegas (a key location in the Fallout video game franchise) in the coming season, which premieres Dec. 17 - while also setting the stage for a big battle. About a minute into the trailer (watch it below), the Ghoul (Walton Goggins) says "I wastelanded for 200 years. I've kept myself alive for one reason - to find my family." To which an unseen character responds, "Well, then. You're gonna need friends. There's a war coming." Series regulars Ella Purnell, Goggins, Aaron Moten, Kyle MacLachlan, Moisés Arias and Frances Turner also return. The logline for season two reads, "The new season will pick up in the aftermath of season one's epic finale and take audiences along for a journey through the wasteland of the Mojave to the post-apocalyptic city of New Vegas." Amazon MGM Studios and Kilter Films produce Fallout in association with Bethesda Game Studios and Bethesda Softworks.
