Last year in May, Rashmika Mandanna attended the pre-release event of Anand Deverakonda's (Vijay Deverakonda's brother) film Gam Gam Ganesha. During the event, Anand playfully asked Rashmika who is her favourite co-star. While the crowd was chanting, 'Rowdy Rowdy' (referring to Vijay Deverakonda), Rashmika replied, "Anand...you are my family, why do you put me in a spot by asking such questions." Fans quickly point out that her idea of calling Anand 'family' was obvious enough about her relationship status.
