Kathy Griffin spent a pretty penny on her most recent facelift! Back in August, the comedian confirmed on her Talk Your Head Off podcast that she underwent a third facelift, as well as a blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) and foxy eye lift. She also got work done on her chin. Kathy shared that her new face is courtesy of Dr. Ben Talei, adding: "It's my third. I know that's so vain! I'm so vain for no reason. No one has ever gone to a Kathy Griffin show to see her beautiful, youthful face. You come to hear my jokes, which is what I want. I don't want you to come to care what I look like.
