Ariana Madix debuted newly-dyed brunette locks as she returned to Dancing With the Stars to celebrate the dance competition show's 20th anniversary celebration two years after placing third on season 32. The Love Island USA host wore her hair down to show off its new chocolate hue, which is a major switch-up from her signature blonde locks. She paired her striking new 'do with a three-piece white set that included billowing high-waisted pants and a button-down worn completely open over a bra top that showed off her abs. All three pieces featured matching gold and floral embellishments that tied the look together. Ariana's DWTS appearance comes after she shed some light into her fitness routine, which fans had been wondering about as a result of the jaw-dropping looks she rocks on Love Island USA, which often highlight her toned physique. "It's weightlifting like every day," she told E! News last month. The 40-year-old also shared that she's not super restrictive with herself when it comes to her diet, saying she doesn't "have much" when it comes to advice in that arena.

"I'm not binging on carbs right before I go to bed, but I don't really restrict anything else." The Vanderpump Rules alum's boyfriend Daniel Wai also happens to be her trainer, which he shared actually benefits their sessions together. "When you're training someone you're dating, you can't treat them exactly like a regular client," Daniel told E! in August, "but Ariana responds really well to that dynamic.
