Paris Jackson is getting real about the effects that her past drug use has had on her body. "I have a really loud whistle when I breathe through my nose," she explained, after saying that she'd "never actually addressed" the condition. She also referred to her perforated septum as "slightly different from a deviated septum." The nasal septum being off-center, called deviated, makes one side of the inside of the nose smaller." "Don't do drugs, kids," she said, adding that doing so "ruined my life" and reemphasizing that she "didn't recommend" it. Paris also noted that, since she's six years sober, she's opted against corrective surgery because it'd require medication in the recovery process. Marc Piasecki / WireImage In addition, Paris pointed out that the resulting whistle from the perforated septum means that it's a "bitch" to record music in the studio - but she also mentioned that she can pass a spaghetti noodle through the hole as well.
