A+++.by Jada GomezBuzzFeed StaffFacebookPinterestLinkHot TopicðŸ"¥ Full coverage and conversation on Disney Olympic gymnast Jordan Chiles and her partner pro Ezra Sosa have been lighting up the ballroom this season on Dancing with the Stars. They understand the assignment every single week, whether its channeling the NOLA magic of Disney's The Princess and the Frog, or completely rocking out Tina Turner style. Christopher Willard / Getty Images From the non-stop schedule of Dancing with the Stars performances and rehearsals, what's a day for Jordan and Ezra really like, from the moment they get out of bed to the minute they get to hop back under the covers? They've shared a full day in their lives exclusively with BuzzFeed, complete with some snaps of their day to day directly from their phones. Eric Mccandless / Getty Images And disclosure: In addition to Dancing with the Stars, Jordan continues to actively train in gymnastics and attend school. "She'll do her to her gymnastics in the morning, which is insane," Ezra says.

How is she still standing? Jordan and Ezra don't grab their phones and doomscroll first thing in the morning: they take a minute to enjoy the sunshine. Jordan Chiles "I'm an early bird, so I actually leave my window open and I let the sun wake me up every single day," Ezra shares. "So I'm up around 7 a.m." Then Ezra grabs his phone, not for social media, but to order some good breakfast. Ezra Sosa "First thing I do is Uber Eats," Ezra says. "I am ordering food. I do not cook. I personally can't cook. I just love breakfast. It's my favorite meal. That's basically the first thing I do. And then maybe water, then I'll be like, How's my health? How am I feeling?" Jordan, on the other hand, skips breakfast and prefers to snack once she gets to rehearsals. "I know that's bad, but I don't eat breakfast," Jordan says. "Only because I have practice so early in the morning, and it just doesn't feel right for me to eat so early. I just feel, you know, heavy, so I don't eat anything. [But I drink] water. I stay hydrated." BuzzFeed TrendingHot TopicObsessed with all things Disney? During their time on Dancing with the Stars, they've become the tightest of friends. Ezra Sosa "He gets on my nerves," Jordan jokes. "Like, no, our friendship is amazing. It's two different people coming from two different worlds who are able to really connect and bond in different ways. And I think just seeing the fact that Ezra gets to shine in the ways that he does, he's a light. You can't you can't dim it. He's just gonna keep shining no matter what." You can see the way they have each other's back in the ballroom, and even against negative comments on social media. Jordan Chiles "I was, like, the easiest thing to defend her, because it's the truth," Ezra shares. "You can talk your crap about me; I can handle it. I'm chronically online, I know. But when it comes to my partner, and it comes to people that I care about, I'm gonna put my foot down." You might think there's an elaborate setup for rehearsals, but it basically comes down to hard work and an even harder working Bluetooth speaker. Ezra Sosa "It's the bare basics, I'm not kidding you," Jordan laughs. "So the first thing we do is, we see if the speakers are working." Since Jordan's a quick learner (you know, Olympic gymnast and all), they usually have extra time to have fun around the studio, and eat snacks! Jordan Chiles/Instagram / Via instagram.com "Jordan is so wicked fast when she learns things," Ezra says. "So when we rehearse we'll have like, four hours, but we only need two. And then she'll get it within the first hour and then we have another hour. We're just like, 'Yeah, we have time. Why not?'" Then, it's time for some good food for lunch. Jordan Chiles "Those Wendy's spicy McNuggets we've been getting," Jordan says. "But if we aren't in the mood to actually have a full meal, there's just random snacks they have [in the studio]: vegetables, fruit, the icing with the Oreos that you had as a kid." Then, things start to rev up on show night. Ezra Sosa "We're all scrambling, like little kids," Jordan says. "Half of us are in makeup chairs, the other half is trying to put their wardrobe on, the other half is practicing. I feel like I kind of just wander. I don't really get into the zone until it's time for me to go, because I feel like if I have to get into the zone too early, then I'll overthink everything." Even though the live broadcast is hectic, Jordan still tries to find some time to hide out in her trailer for a break when she can. Jordan Chiles "Half the time if I'm not in the sky box [where contestants
