Dodge will report to Paramount Pictures co-chairs Dana Goldberg and Josh Greenstein and oversee all operations of the animation group. Dodge is an alum of Nickelodeon, and most recently served as the president of Spin Master Entertainment and Consumer Products, working on the expansion of popular brands like PAW Patrol and Unicorn Academy. During her tenure, she worked with the studio on the financially successful PAW Patrol movies. (The third PAW Patrol feature, The Dino Movie, is slated for 2026.) Dodge will be taking over the post previously held by Naito, who exited the studio at the end of October when CEO David Ellison announced major layoffs across the studio following the Skydance-Paramount merger.
