Questions ranged from office mandates and streamers of choice to how Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav stacks up against Disney CEO Bob Iger and whether Birkenstocks count as appropriate officewear. Office Mandates 59.6 Percent Are Unsure About AI That's the percentage of surveyed Next Gen alumni who say they have "no idea" if AI will "destroy" or "save" Hollywood. 22.6 percent chose "destroy" and 12.8 percent chose "save". Officewear in 2025 70.2 Percent Are More Excited by DC Studios That's the percentage of surveyed Next Gen alumni who say they are more excited by DC Studios than Marvel Studios, which earned 29.8 percent of the vote. Top Film/TV Producer 34.4 percent of surveyed Next Gen alumni chose a film/TV producer as the current brass ring of Hollywood dream jobs. A streamer's head of content came in at No. 2 (23.3 percent), followed by CEO of an entertainment company (13.3 percent), head of a talent agency (8.9 percent) and film studio chief (7.8 percent). Write-in answers included "a tech company CEO" and Larry Ellison.
