So much for being sober... Diddy was allegedly caught drinking homemade moonshine in prison! According to TMZ sources on Friday, the prison hooch was made from Fanta, sugar, and apples, which inmates typically let ferment for two weeks. The embattled rapper was caught by jail officials with the drink, per sources, and while they planned to move him from his current unit at the low-security male prison FCI Fort Dix, they've since changed their mind. The musician is expected to stay where he is, two sources claimed. When the outlet contacted the prison, an official said they had no information about the incident. Hmm. He claimed he'd lost his way due to substance abuse but was on a better path. His lawyer also argued the New Jersey-based facility would be the best choice to "maximize" his "rehabilitative efforts" because it's one of several federal prisons with a residential drug treatment program. It doesn't appear to be working so well... He was transferred to Fort Dix just last week after staying in Brooklyn MDC since his arrest. We wonder if stuff like this will impact his prison release??
