Nominations for the 2026 GRAMMY Awards have been announced. Kendrick Lamar once again is the most nominated artist for the second year in a row with 9 nominations, including Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Album of the Year. Lady Gaga has 7 nominations including Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Album of the Year and also scored her first ever nomination in the Best Dance Pop Recording category. Jack Antonoff has 7 nominations for his work with Kendrick Lamar and Sabrina Carpenter, Leon Thomas has 6 nominations including Best New Artist and Album of the Year, Sabrina Carpenter has 6 nominations include Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Vocal Album and Best Pop Solo Performance. Bad Bunny has 6 nominations, Clipse has 5 nominations, SZA has 5 nominations, Doechii has 5 nominations, Tyler, The Creator has 5 nominations. It is the first time three rap albums are up for Album of the Year and Best New Artist nominees include Olivia Dean, KATSEYE, The Marias, Addison Rae, Sombr, Leon Thomas, Alex Warren and Lola Young. The Latin Recording Academy announced additional performers for the 26th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards. The lineup includes current nominees Bad Bunny, CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, KAROL G and Jesús Ortiz Paz (Fuerza Regida). Also set to perform are Chuwi, Fuerza Regida and Marco Antonio Solís.

Earlier this week, Shakira was awarded with Billboard's Global Touring Icon Award for the highest grossing Latin tour by a woman. The Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran stadium tour was originally launched in April 2024 in support of her album of the same name and will consist of 82 shows by its end next month. 64 of the dates have boasted over 327.4 million in revenue and have sold over 2.5 million tickets. In a conversation with her longtime tour manager, Marty Hom, Shakira shared how encouraging and inspiring it feels to receive this award and feels like she is just starting her career. She thanked her fans and team and gushed about her two wonderful boys. She gushed that she is completely dedicated to her boys and her career and that's all she needs -- her boys, fans, her music and creating.

The Country Music Association and ABC have announced the first performers for The 59th Annual CMA Awards. BigXthaPlug, Luke Combs, Ella Langley, Megan Moroney, Shaboozey, Zach Top, Tucker Wetmore, Lainey Wilson and Stephen Wilson Jr. will take the stage. The awards hosted by Lainey Wilson will air November 19 on ABC and will be available the next day on Hulu.CMA Country Christmas hosted by Lauren Daigle and Jordan Davis will air December 2 on ABC and next day on Hulu and Disney+. The 16th annual holiday television special will feature performances from Daigle, Davis, Riley Green, Lady A, Little Big Town, Parker McCollum, Megan Moroney, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Susan Tedeschi, Derek Trucks and BeBe Winans. Filmed in front of a live audience in Nashville, first time co-hosts Daigle and Davis will guide viewers through a night of heartfelt music and holiday spirit.

The 2025 Baby2Baby Gala will be taking place on November 8 to raise critical funds to make Baby2Baby's work reaching one million children living in poverty each year possible. Alicia Keys will present Serena Williams with the "Giving Tree Award," an honor given annually to a public figure who has demonstrated exceptional commitment to improving the lives of children in need around the world. Ludacris will perform and presenters include Ciara, Jessica Alba, Julie Bowen, Kerry Washington, Malin Akerman, Olivia Munn and more.

Hilary Duff has returned with her first new music in a decade. Co-written with her husband Matthew Koma, "Mature" is inspired by Hilary's romantic misadventures in her formative years. Hilary shared, "'Mature' is a little conversation that my present self is having with my younger self. The two of us are reflecting on a past experience and sending love to each other. It's a chuckle, a wink, and a sense of being grateful that we are sure footed in where we landed." Hilary's new single follows the recent announcement of her upcoming docuseries, which will chronicle her long-awaited musical return and personal journey.
