King Charles III fully emerged himself in Scottish culture. Charles, 76, stepped out at a reception for Caithness Communities in Thurso, Scotland, while rocking a knee-length kilt on Monday, July 28. The design featured a red fabric adorned with green, yellow and white plaid stripes. It was finished with plates on one side and a frayed hem on the other. Charles teamed the kilt with red knit socks, patent leather dress shoes and a white shirt. He completed his ensemble with a gray vest, a matching blazer, a red-and-green striped tie and a silk pocket square.
