According to documents filed in the Superior Court of California on Monday and seen by People, both Tori and Dean noted they'll submit a written document with their divorce listed as "uncontested." In her filings, the misSPELLING podcast host listed "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for her and Dean's split, which she marked as June 17, 2023. She also requested spousal and child support, and sole legal custody of their five children, Liam, 18, Stella, 17, Hattie, 14, Finn, 13, and Beau, 8. She and Dean currently share joint legal custody.
