According to Spectrum Local News, a white man named John Reilly III who presides as the highway superintendent in the upstate New York town of Chester, has been charged with attempted murder of a DoorDash driver who was simply lost and looking for directions. The driver, Alpha Barry, tells police that he was making a delivery when his phone died and he could not remember the address.
