Fans of the History Channel series Swamp People were saddened by the death of one of the show's early stars, Junior Edwards, which was announced on, July 26. The Edwards family has not shared the exact time, date, and cause of death with the public. Friends and colleagues of Junior's have since shared their own tributes to the alligator hunter. Edwards starred on the popular series from 2010 to 2015, and came back for its 12th season in 2021. Costar Ashley "Deadeye" Jones also confirmed his passing. "Mr Junior Edwards passed away," she wrote via Instagram.
