The sequel to the crime thriller franchise Raat Akeli Hai was announced today. The second installment, titled Raat Akeli Hai: The Bansal Murders, will see Honey Trehan return to the director's chair, with Smita Singh serving as the writer once again. The film will also see the return of Nawazuddin Siddiqui as the sharp, no-nonsense Inspector Jatil Yadav. The cast includes Chitrangada Singh, Rajat Kapoor, Deepti Naval, Ila Arun, Revathy, Akhilendra Mishra, Priyanka Setia, Sanjay Kapoor and Radhika Apte.
