Cardi B's estranged husband, Offset, is being sued by a security guard amid his mounting tax troubles. Us Weekly obtained court documents on Saturday, November 1, that show security guard Jim Sanchez filed a suit alleging assault, battery and intentional affliction of emotional distress against Offset (real name Kiari Kendrell Cephus) over the rapper's disastrous visit to the MedMen LAX dispensary in March. Sanchez alleged that Offset "became hostile, verbally confrontational, and physically attacked Plaintiff by striking him in the face" when asked to show identification.
