Virginia Giuffre's posthumously released memoir was the "final straw" for King Charles III when it came to his brother Andrew Mountbatten Windsor's ongoing sexual assault scandal. Royal author Christopher Andersen told Us Weekly exclusively that there was "a lot of tension" between the two men, especially where the Royal Lodge was concerned, but the Nobody's Girl release earlier this month pushed Charles, 76, to make moves.
