But sometimes, things go completely off the rails, making for a seriously awkward or uncomfortable moment. With that in mind, here are 14 awkward celebrity interview moments from just this month. 1. Sharon Stone completely missed the mark while discussing the backlash against Sydney Sweeney's American Eagle ad. Stefanie Keenan / Getty Images Speaking with Variety, Sharon defended Sydney and said, "It's okay to use what mama gave you. It's really fine. It's hard to be hot, and I think we all know that. It's really okay to use every bit of hotness you have - right here, right now - and go for whatever that is." But the backlash had nothing to do with Sydney's appearance - it was because some people believed the campaign glorified whiteness and promoted eugenics. 2. Julia Fox repeatedly cut off Marlon Wayans during a conversation about "real men." Frankie Muniz put Hilary Duff's "super intense" mom on full blast for allegedly going behind his back to get Hilary cast in Agent Cody Banks. Jennifer Lopez flubbed a question about Heather Morris' claim that she sent backup dancers home after "a full day of auditioning" - just because they were Virgos. Sarah Jessica Parker didn't want to name the designers of her Victoria's Secret Fashion Show look. I'm not friends with any of my exes. I don't hang out with any.' And I'm like, 'I'm friends with all mine pretty much.'"He added that Kristen has since become "super comfortable" and "absolutely at ease" with his friendship with the woman, describing her as "such an incredible person" he still adores "to no end." 7.
