In her heartfelt piece for The Indian Express, Ratna reflected on their decades of friendship, his warmth and humour, and the heartbreaking moments she witnessed at his funeral alongside his wife, Madhu Shah. Recalling the day of his final rites, Ratna shared how Satish's mobile face was completely still and she wasn't sure if he looked peaceful.
