Two years after divorcing her disgraced ex-husband, Danny Masterson, Phillips, 45, "wants to separate herself from everything that's happened and build a peaceful, stable life for [their 11-year-old daughter] Fianna," a source exclusively tells Us Weekly. Masterson, 49, was charged in June 2020 with forcibly raping three women between 2001 and 2003, which he denied. Following a November 2022 mistrial, the That '70s Show alum's retrial ended in a conviction of two of the three counts against him in May 2023.
