"It's going to be a huge manure lagoon and bound to be very smelly, which would not be great for Prince William and his family when they go to their country home for a relaxing stay," resident Tim Harewood told Daily Express. _ The supposed plot for King Charles III's pit reportedly occupies a large portion of the property. "The proposals involve the formation of a fertilizer storage lagoon to serve an extensive, established land holding of approximately 2,700 hectares (6,672 acres)," the planning application states. "This is farmed to grow crops, including modern and traditional wheat, barley, beans and oat varieties, plus a range of heritage grains. The proposed development will deliver a new fertilizer storage lagoon to provide fertilizer storage capacity to serve the network of fields surrounding the application site." _ Amner Hall was gifted to Prince William and Kate Middleton by Queen Elizabeth II for their 2011 wedding. The Prince and Princess of Wales resided there full-time between 2015 and 2017, when William served as a search-and-rescue pilot with the East Anglian Air Ambulance. _ King Charles and Queen Camilla's country home sits two miles away from Prince William and Kate Middleton's at Sandringham House. The royal family typically spends Christmas together on the property.
