Sia and estranged husband Dan Bernad's ongoing divorce is getting messier. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Tuesday, October 28, Bernad has filed for sole legal and physical custody of his and Sia's 19-month-old son, Summi. Bernad requested that Sia have "monitored visitation" three times per week. He also asked for Sia, 49, to "submit to random and regular drug testing" and sobriety testing prior to each supervised visit. Bernad claimed that Sia "is a serious and immediate danger" to their son.
