"First thing I do when I wake up in the morning is turn the music on in the house. I always travel with a candle. I am so conscious and sensitive to fragrance and I associate that with home," she said. _ Meghan Markle also gushed over Princess Lilibet's growth. "Our daughter, she's four and she's a very strong personality. She's incredible. And now she's in this moment where I say, 'What's your rose and your thorn?' And she goes, 'My day was just a blast,'" she said. _ During the chat, Meghan Markle admitted she and Prince Harry use a healing blanket to soothe their kids. The quilt was reportedly a gift from Victoria Jackson, who co-founded the bookshop. _ Meghan Markle also said she is always barefoot and wearing an apron when she meets guests at the door of her house. "It demystifies things. People walk in and think, 'Oh, she's in this with me,'" the Duchess of Sussex said.
