"While I was in surgery, I also opted for a very minor revision to the outside of my nose." "I'm feeling so much better already and grateful to finally be breathing easier." Tommaso Boddi / Getty Images The procedure came nine years after Courtney's first nose job, which she got after experiencing breathing problems and feeling "self-conscious" about a bump on the side of her nose. Fast-forward to yesterday, when Courtney took to Instagram to share a new photo, showing her with a noticeably narrower nose. "Got my nose fixed and immediately lost interest in 99% of people," she mused in the caption.
