Footage published by TMZ showed Perry wearing a sleek red dress and being handed a rose from a fan outside a cabaret performance at Crazy Horse Paris. With Trudeau holding her hand, Perry accepted the rose as other onlookers sang "Happy Birthday" outside the venue.
