Elton John is celebrating the 50th anniversary of his legendary back-to-back performances at Dodger Stadium held on October 25 and 26, 1975. Across two sold-out night's drawing 110,000 fans, Elton became the first solo artist to perform at Dodger Stadium since The Beatles in 1966. Elton also released a 50th Anniversary Edition reissue of his album Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy. Originally released in 1975, the concept album told the chronological story of the early years of Elton (Captain Fantastic) and Bernie Taupin's (the Brown Dirt Cowboy) musical careers in London as they struggled to break through. The album went on to become the first in history to debut at #1 on the U.S. Billboard 200 and the first to be certified Gold upon its release due to the number of pre-orders.
Terry O'NeillBon Jovi announced a series of global concert dates that will mark the band's much anticipated return to live touring with shows in New York, London, Dublin and Edinburgh starting in July. Jon Bon Jovi shared, "I'm deeply grateful that the fans and the brotherhood of this band have been patient and allowed me the time needed to get healthy and prepare for touring. I'm ready and excited!" Bon Jovi also released their new 14-track collaboration album, FOREVER (LEGENDARY EDITION) which features collaborations with Bruce Springsteen, Lainey Wilson, Jelly Roll, Avril Lavigne and more.
The Latin Academy has announced the second round of performers for the 26th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards. Current nominees Rauw Alejandro, Edgar Barrera, Joaquina, Christian Nodal, Nathy Peluso, Elena Rose, Alejandro Sanz and Adelaido "Payo" Solis III will take the stage. Also set to perform are Grupo Frontera, Kacey Musgraves and Carlos Santana.
Mariah Carey has been named the 2026 MusiCares Person of the Year. She will be honored for her extraordinary career as well as her long-standing commitment to supporting communities and people in need. The 35th Annual Person of the Year benefit gala will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center on January 30 before the 2026 GRAMMY Awards.
Bad Bunny, Karol G and Fuerza Regida were the night's biggest winners at the 2025 Billboard Latin Music Awards. Bad Bunny took home 11 awards, including Artist of the Year and was recognized as the Billboard Top Latin Artist of the 21st Century, an award he received from Rita Moreno. Karol G was the night's top female winner with six awards and Fuerza Regida won five awards. Shakira took home three awards and other winners included Peso Pluma, Aventura, benny blanco, Laura Pausini, Romeo Santos, and more.
The Black Promoters Collective has announced The New Edition Way Tour bringing New Edition, Boyz II Men and Toni Braxton together. The tour kicks off January 29 in Oakland, California and will span 30 cities across North America.
