Now paging Married to Medicine fans. The doctor has ordered some new episodes to enjoy sooner rather than later. Us Weekly can exclusively reveal the season 12 trailer for Bravo's reality show before the premiere on Sunday, November 30. As seen in the preview released on Wednesday, October 22,  Dr. Jackie Walters, Dr. Simone Whitmore,  Dr. Contessa Metcalfe, Toya Bush Harris, Quad Webb and Dr. Mimi Sanders are all back for a healthy dose of fun and drama. Two cast members who don't appear to be seeing eye to eye are Toya and Dr. Heavenly. Married to Medicine's Quad Defends Keeping Her Boyfriend Private for 1 Year "You're a f***ing liar," Toya shouts in one fiery scene. Dr. Heavenly replies, "And you're a damn fake ass bitch." While the ladies may be fighting, some of the couples appear to be going through ups and downs as well. During one scene, Toya is seen yelling at her husband, Eugene Harris, telling him, "Be a leader and lead the men. You obviously don't feel like you are." But wait, there's more brewing in Atlanta. Quad and her boyfriend, simply known as King, are ready to take a big step in their relationship by expanding their family. Phylicia J. L. Munn/Bravo With help from Dr. Jackie, Quad begins an emotional IVF journey filled with highs and lows. "I decided to take my IVF journey to Ghana," she says in a confessional interview. "I'm willing to travel to the motherland for my babies." As a group, the ladies will enjoy multiple cast trips, including a memorable couple's vacation to Jamaica. While this season won't include Lateasha "Sweet Tea" Lunceford and Phaedra Parks, viewers can expect to see some new faces added to the group. Basketball Wives alum Angel Love Davis is a new friend to the group and a registered nurse with more than 15 years of experience in oncology, emergency medicine and orthopedics. Bravo The single mom of two always has her bestie Quad's back as she gains her footing in the group. Meanwhile, Brandi Milton is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetics and wellness. Dr. Simone's close friend keeps the group in check by reading the ladies when necessary. Bravo's new trailer is only a taste of what viewers will be able to witness this season. According to the network, Dr. Simone is trying to make amends with Quad after receiving a "delayed" invitation that takes her over the edge. Dr. Heavenly has her eyes set on the Capitol as she runs for Georgia House District 93. Not all of her friends, however, think she belongs on the ballot.
