The 33-year-old was the singing voice and one of the main songwriters on the animated film. "Golden," which EJAE co-wrote and performs alongside fellow singing voices Rei Ami and Audrey Nuna, has become a smash hit. The trio has been taking their chart-topping song on the road for live performances on Saturday Night Live and The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. The animated feature has become Netflix's most popular title ever. The project - which chronicles the adventures of Huntrix, a K-pop girl group comprising three members who just happen to also fight monsters from the underworld - has been a surprise hit for the streamer, and its soundtrack has spent several weeks in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 chart. THR has confirmed that a sequel film is in talks at Netflix and Sony Animation. In August, Huntrix ended Alex Warren's long-running No. 1 streak to take the top spot on the chart. After a flip-flop the following week, the song returned to No. 1, where it remained for eight weeks. Taylor Swift's takeover of the top slots of the Hot 100 temporarily brought the song lower on the chart, but it's since rebounded to No. 3. Several songs from the soundtrack are charting on the Hot 100. "Your Idol" and "Soda Pop," sung by the film's fictional boy group Saja Boys, sit at No. 19 and No. 20, respectively. "How It's Done," also sung by Huntrix, sits at No. 25; four other songs round out the album's appearance on the chart.
