Time Travel Is Dangerous premiered at the 2024 Austin Film Festival and had a theatrical run earlier this year in the U.K. "We're really excited to bring our bonkers British sense of humor to a wide American audience," the film's creative team says in a statement. "We've been to a lot of U.S. festivals where we've actually found the audiences to laugh the hardest. I think it particularly appeals to people who are into British comedy and sci-fi like This Is Spinal Tap, The Office, Doctor Who and Terry Gilliam." Adds Level 33 president and CEO Andreas Olavarria, "We can't wait for audiences everywhere to see this charming and funny film from a wonderfully talented filmmaking team."
