Selzer, a former NBCUniversal exec who most recently was executive vp of content & strategy at digital brand Almost Friday Media, joins the Hollywood major talent agency to represent digital creators and podcasters. He will also help drive digital strategies for CAA clients across film, TV, sports and other platforms as Hollywood looks to attract digital disrupters and influencers to power the entertainment industry's new tech- and social media-driven ecosystem. Before joining Almost Friday Media, Selzer was vp of creative development at Wave Sports + Entertainment. He also spent three years at NBCUniversal as a senior manager of development in the news and sports division, contributing to top global events like the Olympics and the FIFA World Cup and Premier League coverage. Selzer began his career in ICM Partners' unscripted division. CAA Creators represents digital video and audio creators amid brand marketers, companies and investors driving the emergence of a fast-growing creator economy in film, TV, publishing, consumer products and live touring.
