The shoot for Athiradi has officially started in Kochi. The team, led by Tovino Thomas, Basil Joseph and Vineeth Sreenivasan, began filming after a traditional pooja ceremony attended by the full cast and crew. Excitement is high as the three popular stars share the screen in what promises to be a lively college drama filled with humour, rivalry and energy.Set largely on a campus, the film features Riya Shibu as one of the female leads. The project marks the directorial debut of Arun Anirudhan, who earlier co-wrote Minnal Murali and Padayottam.
