John Cusack shared several pics from a Chicago protest, where he delivered a now-viral message to Trump during a chat with CNN. When asked what he sees happening in Chicago, he replied, "Everyone knows the score, right? The authoritarians divide and concur, and they create an other, then they pick on the person, harass them, jail them. That's all used as a distraction so they can steal as much as they can to maintain power. We all know history. That's what he's doing. We have masked goons roaming the streets, hiding their faces, abducting people." Kamil Krzaczynski / Getty Images "It's all upsetting. Seeing sort of a fascist authoritarian, seeing that sort of cosplay that the right wing has been fooling around with for so long, seeing it kind of devolve into the real thing is predictable, but deeply saddening," he said, before adding to Trump: "Go to hell." 5. Similarly, Bill Nye branded Trump as "petulant" during an impassioned speech at Washington, DC's rally. "It hasn't been one instance of abuse of the power of executive order by this president. It hasn't been just one twist in a court ruling. Instead, it has been years in the making, enabled by this president. A group of confederates has worked together to undo many of our traditions and understandings of fairness and of citizens' rights," he said in part. Tasos Katopodis / Getty Images 6. We have a YEAR to send a real MESSAGE at the BALLOT BOX which is our AMERICAN VOICE, and so, let's get &$@KING BUSY!" View this photo on Instagram Instagram: @jamieleecurtis 9.
