During a recent appearance on The Graham Norton Show on Friday, the Oscar winner detailed a funny interaction she had with her Die, My Love costar Robert Pattinson. "I had my girlfriends over. We were in our pajamas. We were watching Little Women. It was December," Lawrence said, setting the scene for host Graham Norton's live audience. She then recalled Pattinson calling her during her girls' night. "And I was like, 'Oh my God!' 'Cause Rob is one of the girls. He wants to gossip. He just is one of the gals. So I was like, 'Come over!'" Before proceeding with her story, The Hunger Games alum noted that she treats the Twilight star "like my daughter," because she doesn't fully trust that he takes care of himself. "He's a great father, he's a professional, he shows up on time, but I wouldn't trust that he, like, put a coat on. He brings out a very maternal [side in me]," she quipped. Pattinson shares a daughter with fiancée Suki Waterhouse. Once the Mickey 17 actor got to Lawrence's house, she said he had one request. "He comes in, and I give him a hug, and he's like, 'You have any food? I'm so hungry.' And I'm like, 'Yeah, yeah, yeah, come in, come in,'" the No Hard Feelings actress continued. However, she started to panic because the only food she had was actually already in the garbage. "He goes to the bathroom, and I do have food, but it's in the trash. And so while he was in the bathroom, I was just, like, pulling food out of my garbage can," Lawrence said, adding that once he returned, he just started eating the food. Lawrence said her friends sat there in shock as they were "all just kinda watching him eat this trash. And then when he was finished, he was like, 'I'm still hungry. Is there more?'" That's when the Silver Linings Playbook star finally admitted she didn't have any other food in her fridge, but still didn't confess where the first food came from. "I was like, 'Well there is, but it's in the garbage,'" she remembered. But that didn't seem to bother Pattinson. "He was like, 'Oh, I don't mind.' And he just pulled it out of the trash and just kept eating it," she added. "Sounds like the ideal house guest," Norton joked in response. The duo's new movie, Die, My Love, hits theaters Nov. 7. The film follows a couple in crisis as Lawrence's Grace, a woman transplanted to rural America with her companion Jackson, slowly starts to slip into madness.
