Earlier this year, Hailey and her reps had to put out statements after speculation that she shaded Selena on TikTok. Magazine, in which she addresses her Rhode beauty brand being compared with other brands. (In case you forgot, Selena also has a beauty brand, Rare.) "I didn't ask for that...I think there is space for everybody...I don't feel competitive with people that I'm not inspired by." For what it's worth, TMZ claims that sources connected to Hailey that she wasn't referring to Selena, so there's that as well.
